We wanted to give you a quick update: DT50 has officially been reclassified from 15W-50 to 10W-50. This change better reflects the oil's cold-flow performance and overall versatility.
Important to note _ the formula has not changed.
DT50 is the same high-performance oil you've trusted all along. No changes to the chemistry, no tweaks to the additives, and no adjustments to the base stock.
This reclassification also helps fill the gap left by the discontinuation of our FR50 5W-50. For those who relied on FR50, DT50 remains a strong replacement, now with a broader operating range and improved perception for cold-start capability.
